Nursery Manager - Camden area, Central London Are you a passionate Early Years leader ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, a well-established and intimate nursery setting in the heart of London, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead a small team and continue their commitment to excellence in early years education and care. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. • Inspire, develop, and manage the team to deliver outstanding care and high-quality early years education. • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding and child protection practices. • Work closely with Regional and Finance teams to implement commercial strategies. • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, local authorities, and the wider community. • Embed inclusive practices, supporting children with SEND. • Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements through continuous quality improvement. Qualifications & Experience • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English. • At least 3 years’ experience within a nursery setting. • Previous experience in a senior Early Years role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar). • Strong leadership and team development skills. • Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. • Outstanding communication, organisation, and decision-making abilities. • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and education.
