Site Supervisor - UK Wide Renewable Energy Projects (2026) Location: United Kingdom Contract Type: Contract / 6 months + Project Start: 2026 Rates: £350-£400 a day Turner Lovell is recruiting experienced Site Supervisors to join major renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects across the UK. You will play a key role in supporting the Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all on-site activities and lead trades including civil, M&E, and HV teams. Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Support the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors, project teams, and clients. Monitor compliance with HSEQ procedures, site safety regulations, and CDM duties. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and provide updates to the Site Manager. Assist with the management of technical queries (TQs), RFIs, and site inspections. Promote a collaborative, safety-first culture among all site teams.Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on medium to large-scale construction or energy projects. Knowledge of civil, M&E, and/or HV construction activities. Strong understanding of HSEQ procedures, site safety, and CDM regulations. Valid site safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, CCNSG). Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Client-facing experience advantageous.
