Senior Team Leader – Solar PV Location: Field-based / On-site across the UK Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + bonus + package Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Solar PV professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Join a rapidly growing renewable energy business delivering solar, EV charging, and energy efficiency solutions across residential, commercial, and retrofit projects. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Team Leader to manage Solar PV installation teams, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise Solar PV installations across multiple sites. * Carry out site surveys, organise materials, and manage daily operations. * Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high-quality workmanship. * Liaise with design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery. * Train, mentor, and support apprentices and junior engineers. * Act as the main on-site contact for clients and internal teams. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in Solar PV installation or supervision. * Gold card or equivilent qualifications * Previous leadership experience * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
