Freelance Site Supervisor – Commercial Fit-Out 📍 Location: Exeter 📅 Start Date: ASAP ⏳ Duration: 3 weeks 💷 Day Rate: £280.00 a day 🏢 Client: National FM Provider (Key Account) We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Exeter, starting ASAP for a duration of 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national FM provider on a high-profile key account. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. 🔧 Role Responsibilities: * Day-to-day site management and supervision of subcontractors * Ensuring health & safety compliance on site * Managing project timelines and reporting progress * Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams * Ensuring quality control throughout the fit-out process ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects * SMSTS (or equivalent) * First Aid certification * CSCS card * NEBOSH (Managing safety) or IOSH * Strong communication and coordination skills * Ability to work independently and lead on-site activities 💰 What’s on Offer: * £280 per day - CIS * 3-month contract with potential for further work * Opportunity to work on a prestigious national account
