What’s in it for you Up to 21 hours per week (part-time) Salary up to £42,000 DOE (pro rata) Hybrid working potential Variety: accounts, VAT, payroll, client support (no two days the same) Supportive team environment — not corporate, not cold Lovely location near Alcester A role where you’ll genuinely make an impact with clients What you’ll be doing Prepare/review accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies VAT returns, corporation tax computations and submissions Payroll and related reporting Speak with clients and provide practical, straight-talking advice Maintain accurate records using Xero Liaise with HMRC and Companies House Keep up to date with tax rules and compliance What we’re looking for Essential: AAT Level 4 (or higher) 3+ years’ accounting experience (practice or industry) Solid UK accounting/tax knowledge Great attention to detail + confident communication Ideal (but not essential): Xero experience or certification Interested?
