Stock Condition Surveyor

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor on behalf of a local authority in Hampshire. This is a 3-month ongoing contract with a rate of pay of £35ph umbrella over a 37.5 hour working week. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking stock condition surveys across a housing portfolio of just over 3,000 residential units. The properties vary in style, age, build, and size, providing a diverse and interesting workload. Candidates will be expected to conduct surveyors or be in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days per week working from home subject to operational needs and timely delivery of duties. Key Responsibilities Carrying out stock condition surveys across the council's housing stock Recording property condition data accurately and professionally Working collaboratively with colleagues and support teams Managing workload efficiently to meet deadlinesRequirements Proven experience undertaking stock condition surveys Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload Strong attention to detail and professional reporting skills Local authority or social housing experience is desirable
