It’s a stable, long-term, part-time role in a friendly commercial property office, with a supportive team and sensible working hours (no weekends, no bank holidays). What's in it for me? * Part-time, permanent role with long-term stability * No weekends / no bank holidays * WFH flexibility during busy periods (quarter days + between Christmas & New Year) * 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata) * Free onsite parking in Stratford-upon-Avon * Future office parking available in Alcester from 2026 What will I be doing? * Raise invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, utilities) * Allocate rent payments correctly and reconcile client accounts * Pay landlords and process supplier payments * Bank reconciliations in Xero * Chase arrears (email/letter/phone) and respond to account queries * Support general office admin (filing/scanning/records) * Help during key rent dates (with WFH support at peak times) What we’re looking for.
