Mechanical Fitter - Permanent Position Location: Thames Water Sites (Various) Industry: Water Utilities Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary £45.000-£55,000 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team working on projects within the Thames Water network. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading utilities contractor delivering essential infrastructure services. Key Responsibilities: Installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment on water treatment sites. Working on pumps, valves, pipework, and associated systems. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards and Thames Water requirements. Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities.Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in an industrial or utilities environment. Knowledge of water treatment processes and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Valid CSCS card (essential).
