Private Client Fee Earner Newcastle Upon Tyne  £35000-£4000 Leading North East Law Firm looking to recruit a Privae Client Fee Earner to lead the Private Client department.  Job Description: Job Duties: Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on personal legal matters Draught legal documents and correspondence Attend client meetings and court hearings as required Handle client queries and maintain strong client relationships Required Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience Practising Certificate from the Solicitors Regulation Authority or equivalent Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent legal qualification Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practise (LPC) or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in private client law Demonstrable experience managing a caseload of private client matters Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of private client law and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: STEP qualification (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Additional legal qualifications or specialisms in private client law Working Conditions: Full-time position with standard office hours May require occasional overtime to meet client deadlines Work primarily in an office setting with some travel to attend client meetings or court hearings
