Accountabilities Lead the management accounting function for the property maintenance service, partnering closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and strengthen financial accountability. Produce monthly management accounts with clear, meaningful analysis, oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, and monitor labour cost performance. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of key balance sheet items, ensuring timely and compliant regulatory returns, including subcontractor payments. Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting, acting as a finance systems specialist to enhance data quality and maximise business value. Candidate Requirements Qualified accountant with strong experience in Management Accounting and Business Partnering, ideally within Repairs in a Housing Association environment. Solid understanding of assets and maintenance-related financials. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
