My client has been established for many years and manufactures pumps & filters for water treatment industries. My client has offices worldwide and they export their products to over 40 countries worldwide. Due to business demands my client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales/Customer Services Advisor to join their business. The Role: The role is office based, and you would be working as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join a friendly, professional team. The main duties include: * Speaking to existing as well as some new customers * Answering incoming calls * Processing sales orders * Dealing with customer enquiries * Preparing and pricing quotations * Assist customers with product information , order status, and general queries, ensuring a positive experience * General customer service duties. Suitable Candidate: * Previous internal sales/customer services experience within a manufacturing environment * Excellent communication skills with attention to detail * Ability to work as an individual as well as a team player, with good interpersonal skills and customer focus * A good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel * A good understanding of CRM & ERP software * Good organisational skills * Highly self-motivated Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday 9am - 4.30 pm Friday Benefits: Parking, Pension, Private Health Care (after 3-month probation) Salary: DOE Due to my client’s location the successful candidate will need to drive and have access to your own transport.
