Estimator

Our Eastbourne-based client is a growing, forward-thinking landscaping company specialising in both domestic and commercial projects. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality results and excellent service. We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join their close-knit team. This is a full-time, remote position allowing you to work from home, while also visiting multiple sites when required. Projects are in the London, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Sussex Areas Key Responsibilities – * Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for landscaping projects * Conduct CAD take-offs and interpret drawings/plans * Use Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage and present estimates. * Liaise with Project Managers, Suppliers and clients to ensure project accuracy and efficiency * Visit sites to gather measurements and assess conditions when needed. * Support senior management and Director. Requirements – * Fast broadband speed for regular Teams meetings * Good phone reception at home location * Knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office * Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. * Full and clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. * Positive, proactive attitude with energy to handle multiple projects
