Mechanical Technician

Following a recent ramp-up, we're looking for multiple talented Technicians to join our innovative aerospace client in Titchfield. This is a thrilling time to come on board as the business prepares to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility. We're seeking 7 Mechanical Technicians on a long-term PAYE contract. Initial contracts run until December 2026, with potential for extension. This is an exciting chance to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects, enhancing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. 🛠 What You'll Do: Accurately fit aerospace components using a variety of techniques. Perform thorough testing to ensure products meet specifications. Deliver high-quality work efficiently and within budget. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Work independently after training while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. 📌 What We're Looking For: Previous assembly experience. Ability to read and follow detailed engineering drawings. Excellent hand dexterity for precision tasks. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. ✅ Preferred: Experience in fuel testing. Previous aerospace assembly experience. 📅 What's on Offer: 33 days' paid annual leave (or holiday pay included in your rate - your choice). PAYE Contract Rates: Core Days: £17.52ph rising to £18.05ph (with holiday pay: £20.07-£20.68) Overtime: x1.5 | Sundays: x2 ⏰ Working Hours: 37 hours/week Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am 🔒 Additional Info: Must be eligible to live and work in the UK, ITAR restrictions apply
