This is initial nine month contract with a high possibility of being made permanent What You’ll Do: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles / handle high-volume recruitment * Source talent through advertising, networking, referrals, and job fairs * Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reference checks * Deliver recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders * Occasional travel to other sites to deliver recruitment campaigns What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in 360 recruitment within a fast-paced sector * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Super organised and proactive * UK driving licence and flexibility to travel NB: This is a site based role, 5 days a week
