Description Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok to deliver efficient, scalable CPL and CPA Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with business objectives. Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment. Conduct audience research to identify targeting opportunities. Analyse data to measure campaign success and report findings to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising. Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and best practices.Profile A successful Paid Media Manager should have: Have 4-5+ years' experience managing Meta campaigns (TikTok experience strongly preferred)Have run performance-led, lead-generation campaigns at scale, ideally in regulated or high-volume environments Understand how to balance testing, learning velocity, and efficiency at different spend levels Are highly data-driven and comfortable turning noisy signals into clear decisions Take pride in clean, scalable account structures and disciplined workflows Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and can explain trade-offs confidentlyJob Offer Competitive salary ranging from £40,500 to £50,000 per annum.
