Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre Project (Munich, Germany) €60,000 – €75,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €32,000 Living Allowance Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent Location: Munich, Germany We are looking for a Electrical Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Munich, Germany. You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day execution of electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials to drive project delivery while maintaining a safe, productive, and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the electrical site team to ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards * Coordinate and plan labour, materials, and subcontractor activities efficiently to meet project milestones * Track hours, progress, and performance of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements * Conduct regular site inspections, verifying workmanship and compliance with specifications * Enforce Mercury and client Health, Safety & Environmental (EHS) policies on site * Ensure all electrical activities comply with safe working practices and local electrical regulations * Conduct toolbox talks, site safety briefings, and promote a positive safety culture * Identify hazards and implement mitigation measures to prevent incidents * Prepare weekly progress reports for the site management team Skills & Qualifications Essential: * Trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role on large-scale electrical construction projects * Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems and installation practices * Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise teams on complex projects * Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills * Flexible to travel as required across project locations Desirable: * Experience within the data centre, industrial, or commercial construction sector * Strong interpersonal and team management skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, live project environment * Career-driven with ambition to take on larger project leadership role What’s on Offer * Competitive salary: €60,000 – €75,000 depending on experience * Full rotational package including accommodation, travel, and €32,000 living allowance * Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge European data centre project * Exposure to complex electrical systems and mission-critical infrastructure * Collaborative, professional, and safety-led project team environment * Career progression and professional development support
