This role ensures that processes are well understood, effectively documented, and continuously improved, helping teams work more reliably and confidently. By identifying risks, coordinating improvements, and engaging with shop floor teams, the Process Engineer plays a key role in strengthening operational discipline and driving practical change.  Characteristics & Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing philosophies such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S. Understanding of a range of machining and assembly processes.
