Lead Engineer

Jon Responsibilities: * Own the technical success of one or more engineering projects, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. * Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, including requirements, hardware, software, mechanical, and CAD engineers. * Ensure projects run smoothly, achieving financial targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. * Review and approve technical documentation and electrical control panel designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards. * Provide clear, accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and opportunities for additional work. Experience required: * A strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams. * In-depth knowledge of electrical design, particularly control panel design. * Experience in regulated sectors such as Nuclear, Medical, Rail Safety, or Aviation. * An Engineering Degree, ideally in Electrical, Electronic, or Control Systems Engineering
