Site Manager – Hotel Refurbishment Project We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of corridors within a live hotel environment. Project Details: * Start Date: 05th January * Duration: 3–4 months * Location: Covent Garden * Future Opportunities: This project is expected to lead to further work for the right candidate. Role Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of site operations within a live hotel * Coordinating subcontractors and trades * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Managing health & safety and maintaining minimal disruption to hotel guests and staff * Liaising with hotel management, clients, and project teams * Quality control and progress reporting Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects * Experience working in live/occupied environments (hotels, residential, healthcare, etc.) * Strong communication and organisational skills * SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid desirable) * Ability to manage works sensitively in guest-facing areas What We Offer: * Competitive rate (dependent on experience) * Immediate January start * Opportunity for ongoing work beyond the initial project To find out more, please submit your CV
