Job/role description: Compliance Consultant Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.30am - 7.30pm Role Reports to: Compliance Manager Salary: R(Apply online only) pa (R25500 monthly) MAIN FUNCTIONS Vet candidates in line with the REC Quality Mark and Company policy with 100% accuracy Data input and database maintenance Adhere to weekly targets and KPI's, set in conjunction with your manager General filing and administration Other duties as directed PERFORMANCE & GROWTH Work closely with the Sales team to ensure relevant candidate compliance Work closely with the interviewers to gain 100% file completion prior to file receipt To be a point of contact for candidates with regards to company documentation as required To undertake registration tasks as required for new candidates Screening calls and dealing candidate queries Achieve & exceed where possible weekly KPI's Manage candidate expectations regarding clearance times Identify candidates that can be cleared quickly and liaise with them prior to interview Cross-sell all Tradewind/ SANZA divisions to ensure candidate loyalty and encourage referrals Where required meet candidates off-site to gain missing documents to enable faster clearance times REPORTING, IT & COMPLIANCE Ensure the database is updated regularly regarding candidates' status and file documentation Ensure timely clearance of candidate files Ensure full compliance and adherence to Quality Mark guidelines as set by the REC & company policy Effective use of the company database for searching and reporting purposes CULTURE & CORE VALUES Work as part of a team of consultants assisting and mentoring colleagues when required Supporting the Manager and Managing Consultant by working collaboratively with them Support the Company key objectives and goals Work in line with the Company core values; both externally and internally Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times CUSTOMER SERVICE Offer outstanding customer service in line with Company expectations, both internally and externally to clients, candidates and internal stakeholders Conduct weekly calls to candidates who are non-compliant or NDR status to secure loyalty PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Resilience Positivity Enthusiasm Commercial awareness Team player Goal orientated Driven Self motivated Committed
