Customer Account Manager

As a Customer Account Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and orders are processed accurately. Main Responsibilities: * Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email * Provide accurate and timely price quotations * Liaise with suppliers to source information for non-standard materials * Process customer orders and ensure all requirements are fulfilled * Build rapport with customers and maintain strong professional relationships * Communicate company guidelines clearly and professionally * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services * Identify new business opportunities and re-engage inactive customers * Maintain accurate quote records, following up on outstanding enquiries * Update and manage customer information within internal systems * Ensure compliance with company processes and quality procedures Skills/Experience: * Previous experience in a Customer Account Manager or customer service/sales support role (desirable but not essential) * Strong communication skills, written and verbal * Confident handling customer enquiries and providing professional responses * Able to build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams * Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail * Proficient in computer use, including typing and navigating systems Salary & Working Hours: * Competitive salary depending on experience * Full-time, Monday to Friday Benefits: * Friendly and supportive working environment * Long-term, stable position * Opportunity to develop product and industry knowledge * On-site parking * Company with an excellent reputation
