Operations, Quality & Logistics Executive Tipton £32,000 – £35,000 Our FMCG business requires a highly organised Operations Executive to ensure products move smoothly from suppliers → warehouse → customers, while maintaining strict quality standards and financial discipline. This exciting position would suit someone with experience in a similar FMCG role Key duties * Book domestic and international shipments. * Prepare customs documents and track freight movements. * Liaise with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and dispatch. * Ensure on-time delivery for B2B and e-commerce orders. * Arrange external product testing (COAs, micro, stability, heavy metals). * Maintain all quality documentation for compliance. * Manage non-conformances with suppliers. * Ensure regulatory compliance for UK/EU/US markets. * Manage all B2B orders from receipt → dispatch. * Communicate order status to customers and internal teams. * Handle returns and damaged shipments. * Identify operational inefficiencies. * Implement workflow improvements and smarter ways of working. * Maintain SOPs and internal process documentation.
