We are expanding our enthusiastic Lettings team and seeking a driven Property Manager to join our busy office in Dundee. This is your chance to manage a quality portfolio, drive new business, and deliver exceptional client service in a supportive, dynamic environment. The Role Manage a portfolio of properties and drive new business growth. Key responsibilities include: Portfolio Management: Oversee property management, maintenance, and compliance to the highest standards. Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance/refurbishment opportunities, and coordinate repairs promptly. Business Development: Act as a key contact for corporate leads, pitch for new business, and maximise revenue for key accounts. Client Communication: Maintain key relationships, provide regular updates, and deliver outstanding customer service. Administration: Assist with property onboarding, application reviews, and rent reviews. About You An experienced Property Manager with: Experience: Proven property management experience within a lettings function and a track record of building client relationships. Skills: Strong knowledge of property regulations, excellent organisation, problem-solving abilities, and an asset management mindset. Attributes: Proactive, confident in handling difficult conversations, and committed to exceptional service delivery. Requirement: Valid driver's licence is essential.
