Regional HR Business Partner ...Retail


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Business Partner to support retail operations across multiple regions. This is a pivotal role with significant travel, working closely with store leadership teams to deliver effective people strategies and ensure HR practices align with business goals. Key Responsibilities * Partner with retail leadership to drive HR initiatives across diverse locations. * Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. * Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure stores are staffed effectively. * Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the business. * Deliver training and development programs to build capability within retail teams. * Travel extensively to provide hands-on support and build strong relationships. Candidate Profile * Proven HR experience, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment. * Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism. * Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing priorities. * Fluency in English (additional language skills an advantage).
