Punch Press Operator

Looking for a experienced Punch Press Operator to join their expanding fabrication team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating TRUMPF punch press machines and be confident working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: * Set up, operate and monitor TRUMPF punch press machinery * Work from engineering drawings and production specifications * Carry out quality checks on punched components to ensure accuracy * Adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain efficient production * Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance * Maintain accurate production records and follow workshop procedures * Work safely and cooperate effectively with the wider fabrication team Requirements: * Proven experience operating TRUMPF punch press machines * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong mechanical understanding and good attention to detail * Confident working to tight tolerances * Reliable, punctual and able to work independently * Experience in a fabrication or sheet-metal environment is highly desirable Benefits: * Immediate start * Ongoing work with potential for long-term placement * Competitive pay * Supportive and well-equipped workshop environment
