Legal Secretary - Private Client


My client is recruiting for a Private Client Legal Secretary with 1+ years experience to join their highly regarded and well established office in Epping, Essex. The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a Private Client department, supporting fee-earners with matters such as Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Estate Administration. You should be confident, organised, and keen to contribute to the smooth running of a busy and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have: • At least 1 year’s experience working in a Private Client department • A strong desire to learn and develop • An enthusiastic and ambitious approach • A hardworking, proactive attitude • Excellent organisational skills • The ability to be adaptable and accommodating • A smart and professional appearance • Strong attention to detail • Good IT competency • Excellent timekeeping and reliability Typical duties will include (but are not limited to): • Assisting solicitors in the Private Client department • Preparing and formatting documents, including Wills, LPAs, and Probate papers • Creating and maintaining client bundles/files • Typing correspondence • Diary management and scheduling appointments • Audio typing and word processing via digital dictation • General administrative support • Filing, scanning, and photocopying • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties • Assisting other members of the team as required • Managing incoming and outgoing post • Providing occasional reception cover during holiday periods Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal Recruitment Limited.
