Customer Care Operations Manager – Perth (PH1) | Leading 5★ Housebuilder I’m looking to speak with an experienced Customer Care Operations Manager to join a major 5★ housebuilder in the Perth / Tayside area. This is a key role within the business, overseeing Customer Care Maintenance Operatives and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across live developments. You’ll play a central part in delivering first-class service, resolving escalations, managing technical defects and supporting NHBC/Premier/LABC claims.
