Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a commercial hotel fit out project. This is a freelance position suitable for someone with strong site supervision experience, excellent technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to quality, safety, and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities * Supervise all on-site electrical trades, including electricians and subcontractors * Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and design packages; ensure all works are delivered to standard * Conduct regular inspections and implement strict quality control across all installation works * Coordinate effectively with other trade supervisors, the project manager, and the site management team * Enforce all health & safety requirements: ensure RAMS are in place, monitor PPE compliance, and maintain safe systems of work * Review test & inspection certification and commissioning documentation * Monitor progress against programme, identify potential delays or risks, and escalate where required * Support snagging, defect resolution, and handover documentation * Maintain accurate site records including daily/weekly reports, timesheets, and material usage Required Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor * Proven supervisory experience on commercial or hotel fit-out / industrial projects * Valid ECS Gold Card * SSSTS qualification * Full UK driving licence How to Apply If you are an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for your next freelance opportunity, please send your up to date CV
