After-School Club Play workers Part-time Hours: Monday–Thursday 3pm–6pm Friday 3pm–5pm Barnet Primary School Start Date: September 2025A welcoming, community focused primary school in Barnet, are looking to recruit three enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Play Workers for the upcoming academic year, starting September 2025. The Role As an After-school club play worker, you will be providing a safe and fun environment for all the children within the provision. Responsibilities include: Supporting the daily running of the after-school club Leading or assisting with structured play, creative activities, and games Ensuring children are safe, happy, and engaged at all times Supporting with snacks and transitions between activities Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsTo apply for this role you must have: Experience working with children or young people Reliable, punctual, and proactive Keen to develop professionally and undertake further training Good spoken and written EnglishThis is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for part-time work with potential for a permanent role as the school's provision expands.
