What we're looking for: Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare Experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool-aged children A positive, caring, and proactive approach Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Your role may include: Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities Assisting with observations and contributing to planning Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and managers Why work with Academics?
