Customer Service Representative


Role Details: Location: Wolverhampton Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:15pm Friday: 8:00am – 12:15pm 6 months each £17.00ph paye  Key Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of customers and serving as the primary point of contact. • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and customer portals. • Order and schedule management, including placement, amendments, expediting, and delivery tracking. • Liaising with internal teams such as production, sales, shipping, and warehouse to meet customer requirements. • Raising quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, and resolving customer concerns. • Monitoring and reporting performance, ensuring commitments are met. Desirable Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in a customer service or order management role. • SAP experience and strong attention to detail. • Transactional processing skills including order entry, quotations, and invoicing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to manage changing priorities. • Experience with customer portals is advantageous.
