Senior People Operations Manager (6 month FTC) HR

As we embark on an exciting next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team over the next 6 months within our People & Experience (HR) Team. This contract role, managing, inspiring and developing a People Ops team of 3, will take a lead role across; • Payroll -Hands on experience required. • HRIS (looking at implementations, improvements & efficiencies) • HR Admin (full employee lifecycle admin) • Compliance & Reporting • Total Rewards Although this is only a 6 month contract, this is a unique opportunity to play a key part in creating your own footprints in an organization with a big heart.
