The role centres on tendering, contract management, and business development. Main Responsibilities * Identify and manage social housing/public sector tenders. * Write high-quality, compliant bids and oversee submissions. * Build relationships with councils, housing associations, and procurement teams. * Negotiate contract terms and ensure commercial viability. What You’ll Bring * Proven tender success in social housing, public sector, or M&E. * Strong procurement and contract management knowledge. * Excellent writing, organisation, and communication skills. * Able to manage multiple deadlines independently. * Tech-savvy; recruitment/telesales experience is a plus.
