Job Title: Sales Executive – Bathroom Showroom Location: Kent Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company Our client is a well-established and reputable bathroom showroom in Kent, known for delivering high-quality products, excellent customer service, and bespoke design solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their showroom team. Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. You will guide clients through product options, provide expert advice, and create tailored solutions based on their needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about interiors, confident in customer interaction, and motivated by sales targets and commission earnings. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, offering an exceptional level of service Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bathroom products and design solutions Prepare and present detailed quotations and product information Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to final order Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery Maintain showroom standards, ensuring displays are clean, organised, and up to date Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a retail or showroom sales environment (bathroom, kitchen, tiles, or similar would be beneficial) Strong customer service and communication skills Confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly A proactive approach to sales and achieving targets Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to understand product specifications and explain features clearly Competent with basic IT systems and CRM software What’s on Offer Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience) Attractive commission structure Opportunities for career development and training Supportive team environment within a respected local business How to Apply This position is being handled by KBB Recruitment.
