A vibrant and welcoming Early Years Hub in Camden is seeking a Level 3 Qualified EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their exceptional 2-year-old provision. This full-time, long-term role offers a rewarding opportunity to help children with a range of early developmental needs thrive in a play-rich, child-led environment. About the Role You will be supporting children aged 2–3 years who present with early SEN indicators such as communication delays, ASD traits, sensory needs, global developmental delay, or emerging behavioural challenges. Working either 1:1 or in small groups, you will help children access learning through exploration, sensory play, and developmentally tailored activities aligned with the Birth–3 EYFS Framework. Daily tasks include supporting toileting and care routines, modelling early communication, implementing simple transitions (using Now/Next boards), and creating a nurturing atmosphere that helps children feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn.
