Benefits Competitive salary reflecting seniority and experience Support for professional development and career progression Flexible hybrid working arrangements Involvement in meaningful, landmark projects across multiple sectors Strong internal mentorship and team support Opportunity to influence design, project delivery, and business innovation Healthy, collaborative studio culture with social and team initiativesDaily Duties Lead architectural design and technical delivery on assigned projects (logistics, retail, commercial, or residential) Prepare and review schematic design, detailed design, and technical documentation Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and buildability Mentor and manage junior staff/technicians, delegating tasks, reviewing work, and providing guidance Oversee production of drawings, specifications, BIM models, and other deliverables Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM requirements, quality assurance, and sustainability targets Engage with clients and stakeholders: present proposals, prepare reports, and attend meetings Contribute to business development, design innovation, and strategic growth of the practiceIdeal Candidate Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial experience delivering complex projects across logistics, retail, commercial, or residential sectors Proven track record of leading projects from concept to delivery, including technical coordination and detailing Strong proficiency with BIM software and associated workflows Excellent drawing, specification, and documentation skills; highly organised and detail-oriented Confident in client-facing roles and able to contribute strategically to project and business development Collaborative team player with mentoring experience; capable of leading a technical team and fostering professional growth Passionate about high-quality design, sustainability, and innovation in the built environment If you are an experienced design and delivery professional looking to join a forward-thinking architectural studio and make an impact through meaningful projects and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
