Dispatch & Logistics

Overview We are seeking a reliable and organised Dispatch & Logistics Person to handle daily outbound and inbound operations, manage delivery drivers, possibly provide driver cover in an emergency. Key Responsibilities * Pack and prepare daily shipments. * Manage daily driver routes. * Oversee dispatch accuracy, schedules, and shipment quality. * Raise purchase orders and book in incoming shipments. * Handle returns and RMAs when the Procurement Manager is on holiday or unavailable. * Provide general support across dispatch, logistics, and procurement during periods of absence or increased workload. * Cover drivers if necessary completing deliveries and collections as required. Requirements * Experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Confident computer skills, Excel and Word proficient * Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. * Full UK driving licence (maybe required for driver cover).
