We are a fast-growing company passionate about connecting with our customers in innovative ways, to deliver exceptional products and services.​ The role: Digital Marketing Manager - Internal As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for organising and leading the digital and non-digital marketing team, take the lead on our marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics and collaborate with the sales teams. Your role will also include designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns, managing our digital platforms, and ensuring our brand voice is consistent and impactful across every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Manager- Internal * Work closely with the marketing team to continually plan and offer innovate ideas on content to support new campaigns * Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and content * Contribute to the company social media output including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter * Boost our digital marketing plans with clear and updated growth strategies * Align sales and marketing efforts to improve customer experience * Manage and optimise campaigns to increase traffic, engagement and conversions * Analyse brand positioning and market insights * Propose creative ways for compelling digital marketing campaigns and updates * Oversee website performance, analytics and user experience improvements * Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align marketing with business goals * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve ​Your Skills and Experience: Digital Marketing Manager - Internal * Work collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders * Proven working experience in a similar in-house marketing role * Experience of leading a web team * Possess a marketing related degree or significant marketing experience * Strong and confident communicator verbal and written communication skills * Confident and dynamic personality and to inspire others * Excellent copywriting and editing skills * Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload Benefits: * Birthday voucher * Free onsite parking * Company Pension scheme * Cycle to work scheme * 24 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays * Company events and functions ​ To submit your CV for this exciting opportunity Digital Marketing Manager, please press ‘Apply’ now and await further instructions
