HV Supervisor (Electrical Bias) Location: London, EC1A Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Continental – 3 days, 3 nights, 4 off, 4 days, 6 off, 4 nights, 4 off, then repeat This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management organisation as an HV Supervisor, overseeing the safe and reliable operation of high-voltage and business-critical M&E systems within a high-profile banking environment in central London. Key Responsibilities of an HV Supervisor * Lead and supervise a team of engineers working within a critical data / banking environment * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance on high-voltage systems and associated electrical/mechanical infrastructure * Ensure safe systems of work, including HV switching, permit-to-work processes, and statutory compliance * Manage incident response, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis for HV and critical systems * Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure operational resilience for the client * Support continuous improvement, training, and technical development of engineering staff What’s on Offer for an HV Supervisor * Competitive salary up to £60k * Long-term career progression within a major FM provider * Supportive team culture and the opportunity to work in a prestigious, business-critical environment
