Multi Trader Social Housing Repairs and Voids Temporary posistion Cambridge area Day rate - £200 per day Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Multi trade Operative to carry out disrepair and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in the Cambridge area. Carpenter Additional Requirements NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Level 2 minimum) Valid Clean UK Driving Licence Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required Experience working within tenanted properties Familiar with PDA usage Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof) Looking for someone based in the Cambridge areaClient information You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group's success.
