Head Of Sales


Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business in the recruitment of a Head of Sales. This role can be based out of several locations, including Hampshire and Gloucestershire. You’ll lead a skilled sales team, develop the market strategy, and build a robust pipeline that drives sustainable business growth. Working closely with technical and delivery leaders, you’ll ensure customer needs are met through innovative, high-value solutions. Key Responsibilities * Define and deliver sales strategy and plans aligned to business goals. * Build and manage a reliable pipeline with accurate forecasting. * Develop strong customer and partner relationships. * Lead and coach a high-performing sales team. * Represent the business at key industry and customer events. * Ensure sales governance and effective risk management. Essential Skills & Experience * Strong background in business development or sales leadership. * Track record of winning major programmes or campaigns. * Understanding of Defence or complex technology markets. * Skilled in stakeholder engagement and sales forecasting. * Experienced in leading high-performing teams.
