The Role As a Customer Care Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the Customer Care team, ensuring that homeowners receive a seamless and efficient aftercare experience. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to make sure all remedial works and customer queries are handled promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: * Manage incoming calls and log all customer issues accurately * Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and schedules to complete maintenance requests * Work closely with the Customer Care Manager and wider team to monitor and resolve defects * Maintain and update all customer care logs and trackers * Process and check invoices before passing for payment * Liaise with the Buying team to order materials * Ensure defects are reported and followed up with subcontractors * Arrange completion of end-of-defect works for Housing Associations * Work with Site and Sales teams to support customers and resolve queries * Organise appointments for suppliers, site teams, and contractors Essential: * Experience working within construction, new build housing, or housing associations * Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively * Confident liaising with internal and external teams * Strong organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office You’ll be joining a company that genuinely invests in its people and is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive working environment.
