The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with ASD across different year groups. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing one-to-one and small-group support tailored to individual needs • Assisting with personalised learning plans and behavioural strategies • Helping students access the curriculum and develop key social and communication skills • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support • Creating a calm, nurturing environment where students feel safe, understood, and encouraged This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education.
