7.5 Tonne Driver – Commercial Waste Collections (Temp to Perm) Location: Luton Hours: 04:00 – 14:21 Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £13.77 per hour Average Hours: 48 per week Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent About the Role We are looking for a reliable and professional 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a commercial waste collection team. You will be delivering and collecting commercial waste bins from customer sites across the region. This is a temp to perm position offering long term stability, full training and early starts, meaning you get your afternoons free. Key Details • Start Time: 04:00 Monday to Friday • First Day: 09:00 start for company induction • Weekly Hours: 48 hours on average • Pay Rate: £13.77 per hour, paid weekly • Contract: Temp to Perm • Training and PPE: Fully provided Main Duties • Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle to deliver and collect commercial waste bins • Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork • Maintaining good customer service and representing the company professionally • Following all health and safety procedures • Working with the operations team to complete daily routes Requirements • Valid 7.5t (C1) licence • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card • Good knowledge of the local area • Physically fit and able to handle bins • Positive, professional attitude What We Offer • Competitive pay at £13.77 per hour • Weekly pay • Full induction and training • All PPE provided • Supportive team environment • Clear temp to perm progression for the right candidate Please apply with your CV via the apply button
