Trainee Legal Administrator


Success Recruit are currently working with a successful property business who are seeking a Trainee Legal Administrator to join their experienced team based from offices in Maidstone, Kent due to continued growth. The successful Trainee Legal Administrator will be working within a supportive team environment and initially shadowing an experienced team member to learn all the administration support required for the processing of properties. The successful Trainee Legal Administrator will be expected to: * Demonstrate a passion for learning, customer service and admin skills * Passionate about property, legal or compliance * Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal The successful Trainee Legal Administrator will be rewarded with: * A supportive team working environment with excellent on the job development * Free onsite parking * Excellent benefits package to include health care and death in service Job Description The Trainee Legal Administrator will be an integral team member in the business, supporting the Legal & Compliance Coordinator ensuring all necessary legal documentation and compliance is completed in a timely manner for successful property completions. Duties to include but not limited to: * Answer incoming enquiries via telephone and email * Support with all pre- and post-auction legal administration * Liaise with solicitors via telephone and email to obtain and verify auction documentation. * Ensure agency agreements, EPC certificates and other documentation is uploaded * Supports with ID collection & verification for both buyers and sellers * Support with preparation of auction packs * Research & collect information required from Promap & uploads information * Regularly liaises with solicitors, legal teams, and ID verification departments * Support with filing, scanning, printing and data entry tasks * Uses Internal system, Outlook, ProMap, and Adobe PDF tools This position will suit someone who is keen to work in a regulated industry and has a passion to learn more about property, legal and compliance. It will suit someone who has started their career within an office environment and is looking to take their next step to develop further skills. Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30 pm Salary: Circa £25- £30k dependant on experience + monthly discretionary bonuses based on business performance
