Group SEO Specialist

Overview: We’re supporting a rapidly growing automotive group in hiring a Group SEO Specialist, full-time in Burton-on-Trent. This is a highly collaborative team known for its culture, company gatherings, and strong investment in training and development. You’ll own the full organic strategy across several brands. What You’ll Do: * Own technical SEO across all group websites (audits, fixes, site health) * Conduct keyword research and map out on-page optimisation * Build landing pages and improve conversion-focused content * Develop a complete content strategy aligned with commercial goals * Work with writers/agencies to deliver content that ranks * Monitor performance and build dashboards for leadership * Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports What You’ll Need: * 3+ years SEO experience (agency or in-house) * Strong technical SEO skills and familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog * Ability to deliver ranking improvements in competitive niches * Comfortable working cross-functionally with RevOps & Marketing * Strong communication skills and the ability to present strategy & results Benefits: * Supportive team people enjoy being part of * Regular training, gatherings and team development sessions * Full-time role based in Burton-on-Trent * Performance bonus * Major growth and transformation programme
