Psychology Teaching Assistant Location: Bolton Contract: Full-time and temporary Do you come from a Psychology academic background? Premier Education are looking for a Psychology Teaching Assistant to join one of our long-standing client secondary schools in the Bolton area this half-term on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Educational Psychologist to gain hands-on experience working in a fantastic school and be supported by a positive and influential leadership team. About the role: - Support on a 1:1 or small group basis across different KS3, KS4 and KS5 year groups - Responsible for supporting the delivery of engaging activities and providing individual or group interventions - Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development - Work alongside experienced staff in the school's provision - Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure pupil progress - Participation in staff meetings, CPD, and wider school life as required Candidate requirements: - A good academic background i.e Psychology or core subject degree.
