Senior QS / Managing QS / Commercial Manager - Major UK Energy & Infrastructure Projects Locations: Manchester, Bury St Edmunds, Saxmundham Salary: £68,000-£95,000 + car/allowance + bonus + pension + package Relocation/Subsistence Provided We are working with a leading UK contractor delivering major energy and civils infrastructure upgrades across multiple regions. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for several key commercial positions across the UK. Available Roles Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester (On-Site Role) Working on a major infrastructure upgrade project Based on site with regional project work thereafter Competitive package: £68k + car/allowance + bonus + pension + 26 days holiday Future projects across the North: civils, infrastructure upgrades, energy schemes Senior QS / Managing QS / Commercial Manager - Bury St Edmunds & Saxmundham Part of the Great Grid Upgrade, these roles will support major energy infrastructure works including: Substation construction Road construction & civils packages Earthworks, drainage & reinforced steel structures Large-scale power and infrastructure delivery Package: Up to £95k + car/allowance + bonus + full benefits Subsistence/relocation support available Key Responsibilities End-to-end commercial management on major civils & energy projects Managing subcontractors, procurement, forecasting and reporting NEC contract administration (NEC3 / NEC4) Maintaining cost control and commercial governance Supporting senior leadership teams with commercial strategy Leading or assisting with commercial teams depending on level Requirements Experience as a QS, SQS, MQS or Commercial Manager Strong background in civils, infrastructure, energy or utilities Excellent understanding of NEC contracts Ability to manage commercial activities independently Strong communication, analytical and client-facing skills Willingness to travel/relocate (subsidised) Why Apply?
