We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join a warm, inclusive primary school community in Birmingham, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional and special educational needs. About the Role In this full-time position, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and deliver small-group support where required. You’ll play a key role in helping children build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning. No two days are the same—this is a highly rewarding role where your support will make a meaningful and lasting difference.
