What You Need To Succeed • At least eight years of structural engineering experience, with a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects. • Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including client and stakeholder management. • Strong technical design skills, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. • A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring and managing junior engineers. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present ideas clearly and effectively. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in structural design. • Chartered with IStructE (or demonstrable commitment to achieving chartership). • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
